It was an absolute joy to spend time with some of Morwell’s best pups and kitties this week.
The Vet Project joined us at the House once again, bringing their mobile desexing van to Morwell. Over their three-day visit, the amazing team desexed more than 60 cats!
RSPCA Victoria also came by on Wednesday for another Healthy Pet Day. The team offered concession card holders in Latrobe City a range of free services for their cats and dogs, including vet check-ups, vaccines, microchipping, flea and worm treatments, helpful advice from expert trainers, plus free resources and pet food.
We know how important our pets are in our lives. And it’s important we can provide these opportunities for you and your pets. Having this support in Morwell is a game-changer. It not only helps reduce the number of unwanted litters and strays, but it also ensures pets live healthier and happier lives, all at a cost that makes it accessible to everyone.
Community support makes all the difference, especially during events that aim to give back. We’re incredibly grateful for the partnerships and relationships we have to make these events possible.
A massive shoutout and thanks to the legends at Latrobe Health Assembly for sponsoring this one – helping us to bring back our friends and provide accessible vet services to our community.
Thanks to the teams from the RSPCA and the Vet Project for providing this high-impact service. 👏 We can’t wait to host you again in Morwell!
A huge thank you to Domino’s Pizza Morwell for generously delivering pizzas to feed our hardworking RSPCA and Vet teams. We couldn’t do it without local businesses like you.
And of course, thank you to everyone who came along. We loved meeting and cuddling your fur babies.
