With the festive season fast approaching, we’re excited to kick off our Annual Christmas Donation Drive to bring a little extra support to local families.
For many, Christmas is a time of celebration, filled with family, food, and fun.
But for others in our community, it can be a challenging time, with added financial pressures leaving some families struggling to make ends meet.
This is where we need your help.
By donating, you can ensure that families facing hardship won’t have to miss out on the joy of Christmas. Our goal is to prepare 150 Christmas food support bags, and while we have some essentials, we would be incredibly grateful for your donations of festive items and non-perishable foods.
Donation Drive Dates: Tuesday, 28 October – Friday, 5th December 2025.
Here are some items we’re looking for:
Pantry Staples:
Breakfast cereals (e.g., Coco Pops, Rice Bubbles, Crunchy Nut Cornflakes)
Spreads (e.g., jams, Vegemite, peanut butter, cheese spread)
Tinned fruit, dried fruits, muesli bars
Pasta, pasta sauce, canned and instant meals
Tinned salmon or tuna, taco and meal kits
Sauces (apple, mint, tomato, BBQ)
Long life milk, sugar
Sweets:
Christmas lollies, cake, shortbread, minced pies, pudding
Pancake mix, pudding mix, cake and dessert mix
Custard, canned whipped cream, Zooper Doopers, ice cream cones
Chips, pretzels, sweet and savoury biscuits
Drinks:
Cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks
Coffee, Milo, hot chocolate
