Delilah Mae Pearl – our Director of Uplifting Moments – is in training to become a Fully Trained Support Dog.
As Delilah works hard to be the best support dog she can be, we kindly ask for your help:
Patience: Give Delilah time to adjust to new places and situations.
Respect her training: When she’s wearing her vest, she’s on
duty, please don’t distract her.
Positive vibes: A smile and a calm greeting will help keep her focused and encouraged.
No feeding: Delilah is on a strict diet, so please don’t feed her. Even if she pulls those hard to resist sad puppy eyes
Follow her handler’s instructions: Her trainer is there to guide her, so please follow any directions they give.
We want to create a safe space for everyone. If you’re uncomfortable around dogs, just let us know, and we’ll make accommodations.
